You may maintain only one (1) Account per person. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances. Each Account must be registered in the User's own legal name and must not be shared with any other person.

Deposit Processing: Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-20:00 WIB). Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours. paso77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Minimum/Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Contact customer support to request higher limits for verified Accounts.
Deposit Source Requirements: All deposits must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus any processing fees. You confirm that all deposited funds are from legitimate sources and not proceeds of illegal activity.

Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses are available only to verified Users who have completed KYC verification. Each Bonus may be claimed once per User, household, IP address, or payment method. paso77 reserves the right to disqualify Users from Bonuses if abuse or fraud is suspected.
All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 15x to 30x the Bonus amount. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 Bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 30,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal.

While a Bonus is active, the maximum bet per round/spin is Rp 50,000. Exceeding this limit will void the Bonus and all associated winnings.
Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the specified validity period (typically 7-30 days). Unused or unmet Bonuses expire at the end of the validity period.
paso77 strictly prohibits Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses multiple times, collusion with other Users, using software to manipulate outcomes, and any other activity designed to exploit Bonus offers. Detected abuse will result in forfeiture of Bonuses, confiscation of winnings, and Account termination.
All Bets are subject to acceptance by paso77. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any Bet at our sole discretion without providing a reason. Once a Bet is confirmed and a receipt is issued, the Bet is considered accepted and binding.
Sports Bets are settled based on the official results announced by the governing sports authority. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, Bets are voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the specific sport rules. Live in-play betting rules may differ from pre-match betting; specific rules are available in the Sports section of the Platform.
All casino games (slots, table games, live casino) use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies. Game rules, RTP (Return to Player) percentages, and payout tables are displayed within each game. In the event of a technical malfunction, all affected bets are voided.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and sabung ayam (cockfighting) are governed by specific rules provided in their respective game sections. Results are determined by official draws or match outcomes. paso77 is not responsible for disputes arising from external event outcomes.
Bets may be voided if: the event is canceled and not rescheduled within 48 hours; there is clear evidence of match-fixing or fraudulent activity; technical errors occur; or the Bet violates these Terms. Voided Bets are refunded to your Account.
paso77 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain Bets or game types. These limits are displayed before Bet placement and vary by sport, game, and User history.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action. paso77 reserves the right to report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. paso77 will not refund any previously forfeited Bonuses or voided Bets. Closure requests are typically processed within 7 business days.
paso77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:
Upon termination, paso77 will: (a) void all pending Bets and Bonuses; (b) return your deposited balance minus any owed amounts or charges; (c) forfeit any winnings obtained through breach of Terms; and (d) permanently disable your access to the Platform.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. paso77 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 on inactive Accounts with remaining balances. You will be notified via email before any fees are applied.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. paso77 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, paso77, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
paso77's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
paso77 is not liable for any losses resulting from: network failures, server downtime, payment processing errors, game malfunctions, or any other technical issues beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting Bet outcomes, affected Bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, games, or services. paso77 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party providers. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless paso77, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (c) your use of the Platform.
These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of paso77 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting paso77 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal action.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Indonesia, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
